Money transfer within the eurozone usually is very cheap (same fees as for domestic money transfers apply). When you pay your tickets for the EJC 2015 you have several options. One is to transfer money to the EJA bank account in the Netherlands. For most european citizens this may be the cheapest option. However, for other (non eurozone) countries high bank fees may apply for money transfer to the Netherlands. If you are from outside the eurozone there is still a way to save some fees. During preregistration you can do the following:
EJC Order Process for Groups
- Form a local group that orders the tickets via one single money transfer.
- Put all the money needed for preregistration and bank fees into a single pot.
- The prereg-system supports buying multiple tickets in one single order (just one bill needs to be paid)
- Purchase all tickets of your local group in one order!
- During the order process you need to fill out personal details of every group member: Make sure to correctly fill in the e-mail address of every individual in your group.
- When you check out (“my shopping chart”) select as “purchaser” the individual who does the money transfer.
- The purchaser will receive all the bank account details and should do the money transfer.
- After the EJA receives the money the e-Tickets (you need these tickets for checkin in Bruneck) are issued.
- All e-Tickets (pdf-Files) are sent via e-mail to the purchaser and all individuals of the group receive their e-Ticket seperately if a valid e-mail address was set.
This procedure splits all per-payment bank fees amongst all members of your group.
